Hall, Kermit L. (1995). Dignity, Honor, and Civility: "New York Times v. Sullivan.", OAH Magazine of History. Maintains that "New York Times v. Sullivan" (1964) was the greatest political libel case ever decided by the Supreme Court. Asserts that it is a monument to the idea that open political discourse is the best guarantee of democratic self-governance. Veraldi, Lorna (1995). Academic Freedom and Sexual Harassment, Contemporary Education. A discussion of sexual harassment on American college campuses focuses on the case of Silva v. Rubin, Barry (1994). How School Materials Teach about the Middle East, American Educator. Examines ways the Middle East is presented in American high school textbooks, focusing on seven texts.
